CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancellation terms and conditions are as follows so travel insurance is strongly recommended:

The customer must pay 25% of the total reservation for confirmation, the rest will be paid upon arrival at the apartment, in cash or transfer. Cancellations received before 28 days prior to the day of arrival, refund of the total deposit previously charged (25% of the total). Cancellations received after the 28 days prior to the day of arrival, there will be no refund of the deposit collected. Cancellations received 48 hours before the reservation will be charged 100% of the stay, if the customer does not show up, 100% of the stay will be charged.

Minimum stay 5 nights.

GENERAL NOTES
Rental periods run from 16.00 hours on the day or arrival and check-out at 10.30 hours on the day of departure.
Flexible arrangements for key collection.
On street parking or convenient paid parking in nearby Los Huertos Car Park.

LONG TERM RENTALS : Four weeks plus will have a discounted rate, negotiated according to length of stay.
