CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Free cancellation:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge before 2:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation.
If you cancel after that time, a fee of €20 per person will be charged.

2. What happens if you arrive late?
If you arrive late and without prior notice, you may lose your reservation, as we will only hold it for a 15-minute courtesy period. After this time, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and your card will be charged €20 per guest.

3. What happens if you do not show up on the day of your reservation (No Show)?
If you do not show up on the day of your reservation and have not previously canceled (according to our policy), your card will be charged €20 per person.

RESERVATIONS FOR GROUPS OF 7 OR MORE:
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 20.00 per person will be charged at the time of your reservation. Once paid, we will confirm your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.
