RESTAURANT 34 RESERVATION POLICY

Please take a minute to read this Reservation Policy.

Tables are automatically selected based on availability. We cannot guarantee a particular table.

1. How do I make a change to my reservation?
If you want to make a change, either day or number of diners, contact the restaurant by phone or email well in advance to confirm availability.

2. How do I cancel my reservation?
The reservation can be cancelled via email or by phone +34 952 525 444.

3. What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late and without prior notice of delay, you may lose your reservation as we will only keep it for 15 courtesy minutes, after which time your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

RESERVATIONS FOR GROUPS OF 10 PEOPLE IN ADVANCE:

To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 20 euros per person will be charged, the payment will be made by credit card or cash. You can call the restaurant to make the payment or come to pay in person. Once you have paid we will confirm your reservation.

If you have not paid a deposit within 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, we will automatically cancel your reservation.

RESERVATIONS BY EMAIL:

If you make a reservation request via email, please note this remains a request UNTIL we respond with a confirmation of firm reservation.

If you do not respond to our email confirming your firm reservation within 24 hours, we will cancel your table.
